Who We Are

Saratoga Springs Fence Builders is a locally operated fencing contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Saratoga Springs and the broader Utah County market. We're based on the northwest shore of Utah Lake and cover the full sweep of the area — from the master-planned communities of Harvest Hills, Talons Cove, and Traverse Mountain, through the established neighborhoods of Lehi and American Fork, out to the rural acreage and equestrian properties around Eagle Mountain and Cedar Valley.

Our work covers the full range of fence types — cedar privacy and stained pine, wrought iron and aluminum ornamental, vinyl and chain-link, pipe corral and no-climb horse fence, plus commercial perimeter systems. Repair work on storm-damaged or aging fences gets the same care as new installs when full replacement isn't necessary. Every job is treated with the same attention to detail regardless of whether it's a single backyard run or a multi-acre commercial perimeter.

Utah Valley creates specific demands for outdoor structures: intense high-altitude UV that fades and dries materials, freeze-thaw cycles that heave shallow posts, rocky clay along the lake bench, and canyon winds rolling off the Wasatch each spring. Our installation methods account for all of it — proper post depth below the frost line, UV-stable materials, galvanized hardware, and construction techniques chosen to perform in this environment for the long term.

How We Work

01

Honest Assessments

We tell you what the fence actually needs — not what generates the highest invoice. If a section repair will hold up as well as a full replacement, we'll say so instead of pushing the bigger job.

02

Quality Materials

Western red cedar, properly treated pine, powder-coated iron and aluminum, UV-stabilized vinyl, and galvanized hardware sized for the job — not the cheapest option a supplier sends out.

03

Clean Workmanship

Posts plumb, panels flush, gates that swing level. The details that determine how long a fence really lasts in rocky clay and Utah winters don't get skipped on our jobs.

04

Direct Communication

You deal with the same people from estimate to completion. If something changes mid-project, you hear about it before we proceed — not on the final invoice.

What Our Clients Say

Cedar privacy fence around our backyard in Harvest Hills. Crew worked through a windy April week without cutting corners — posts are dead plumb and the gate latches perfectly. Survived the spring canyon winds without a wobble.

We had a leaning section behind the house off Pony Express that the last installer set too shallow in our rocky clay. They pulled it, re-set the posts deeper in concrete, and the new run is solid. Honest about what was wrong and fair on the price.

Wrought iron fence around the front yard with a custom drive gate. The HOA submittal in Traverse Mountain was painless because they already knew what the committee approved. Clean welds, quality powder coating, no rust spots after a full Utah winter.

No-climb horse fence around our pasture out toward Cedar Valley. Took them four days for a long perimeter run with two ranch gates. Wire tension is right, corners braced properly, and the horses have stayed where they belong all summer.
